Double room - friendly warm home with nice garden

Double room available in very friendly home, including use of all downstairs rooms with a large kitchen and conservatory. The bathroom, with big shower, is shared. A pretty fair sized garden with a large pond and BBQ & eating area for tenants use. Large TV and music system, & Wi-Fi is available. There is also a piano in the lounge if anyone has any musical talents. Either a keen cook or a microwave cook are equally welcome. Both the landlord and the present tenant like to cook at night. All kitchen equipment is for tenant's use but I would like someone who is willing to wash up properly and put things away in the right places. Parking is available on the road. Easy bus service into town.
