Shared living room with a full Sky hd package, and could get sky multiroom if the new housemate wanted, but you would have to pay the extra cost of this. The house has a good size garden and a garage for extra storage. Also a dishwasher and tumble dryer.

House is directly outside a bus stop on the number 57 route into Exeter. Also little tesco and the Farmhouse pub are only 5 minutes walk.


Would suit someone in their 20's or 30' or 40s. I am looking for someone for at least 12 months and a months deposit would be required. If you would like to know anything more then please get in touch.
