Single room for professional lodger

Hi.
We have a single room available in a nice house in Exmouth. Walking distance from town centre and close to public transport links and local shops.
Room can be offered either unfurnished or partially furnished.
Two bathrooms and toilets, large kitchen, garden and front room. Professionals preferred - we will not consider letting to anyone who is not in full time employment, or who we do not feel comfortable with.
We have commitments outside of the house which require early mornings and some early nights, and so we are looking for a lodger who will be respectful of this.
We like to have fun, but our home is a place where we like to relax and enjoy a quiet life.
