Spacious sociable shared house central location

I have a room available the house is happy sociable homely clean and organised, everyone gets on well house quiet during the week as everyone works at the weekends we all love to mix and everyone gets on well. The house is my home and I want whoever that is part of the share to feel at home too there is a good homely atomosphere. Kitchen well equipt, double oven and dishwasher, laundry facilities, all fully furnished there are two shared bathrooms. We are situated 4 minutes walk from town centre and 3 minutes from the sea front so very central.
