Single room available in shared house near the sea

We have a single room to rent in a quiet, centrally heated house just off the seafront and a short walk to town/train stations. Strictly no smoking, bills are included and WiFi is available. Vegetarian preferred mainly so I don't feel so outnumbered! References will be required.
There's use of a shared kitchen, washing machine, shower room and bathroom. We have a small outside garden/backyard with a seating area, and where bikes can be left at owner's risk.
I have 5 rooms I rent out. We enjoy having lodgers of all sorts of different nationalities - makes life interesting - and have a good bunch at the moment. They all work at different times hence the need to have a fairly quiet (though not library-quiet!) house. They are a friendly bunch, quite sociable but we don't live in each other's pockets and you wouldn't know so many people live here!
We would like someone who is friendly, honest, considerate and accepting.
