Lovely quiet professional home.

Within a quite part of Exmouth but still only a 25 minute walk to the centre of town we are offering part of our lovely home to rent. We are both professionals and looking for a similar person to share our home with.
You would have access to a large double duel aspect bedroom 3m x 3.5m and in addition a dressing room with built in wardrobes which in turn leads to a new bathroom with power shower and heated towel rail. These 3 rooms are accessed off of the upper landing and therefore separate from the other parts of our home providing privacy.
You would have shared access to the kitchen and have use of a fridge freezer and washing machine as well as wifi which is all included with the rental amount.
If you drive then parking would be on street parking and never a difficulty and bus stops into town or beyond are a 2 minute walk away.
