Cosy room, within walking distance of St. David's Station, the canal and city centre.

The room is currently furnished with a desk with underneath storage, clothes rail and a double bed and is within a newly built terraced house. There's a main bathroom with a shower and bath, a downstairs toilet, a living/dining room and large balcony. There is also fast and reliable fibre broadband, a TV with Amazon Fire in the lounge and Alexa speakers in the lounge and kitchen for streaming music.

The house's parking bay is already in use but there is on street parking within the wider area (a few minutes walk from the house).

The local area has amenities nearby, but is quiet and peaceful, with several nice walking spots nearby - offering scenic views across the city and countryside, to the north of Exeter.

Long or short term lets considered.

A shy but affectionate short haired cat lives in the house :).
