There are 2 rooms available in this flat. There is one small/ box room (slightly bigger than box room actually) and one double room. Both rooms are fully furnished. Both room has single beds, study table, and a clothing rack- wardrobe can be add if the tenants requests it. There is one bathroom in the flat and a kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities and appliances that an individual requires- it’s has a gas stove and an open. Along with that there is a toaster, kettle and an air fryer. There is also a washer dryer within the flat. Just opposite the flat is Costcutter and St David Station is under 20 minutes away by walk. There is also parking space available at the back of the flat.

It’s a secure and a quiet place. Both campus are near the flat all about 25-30 minutes walk away. The high-street/ shopping mall is about 25 minutes away. There are local buses that runs every 20 minutes or so and overall the flat is in quite a scenic area.

Looking for 2 females preferably, either a student or a professional. Someone who is able to pay rent and deposit regularly. I am 22 year old student and it’s my aunts flat and I am helping her out with the tenants. There is no living room/ living space. The utilities are included within the weekly rent. Expect for council tax- if you are a student then it’s is exempt, but if you are a working individual, you will have to contact the council and see what you’re eligible to pay. The utilities include electricity, water and broadband.
