Snug/Office - currently has tall bookcase and day-bed in it (can be replaced with armchair if preferred.) Very quiet and nice views towards the allotments. Can be set up as an office or a sitting room or both

You would have whole of 1st floor to yourself with own staircase so would have privacy, quiet etc.
this is a 3 bed property but am only looking to have one other person living here so that it is a comfortable set-up.
