I’m looking for two friendly lodgers, looking for somewhere homely to live in Exeter.
The two rooms available are as below:
Room 1: Bright double room, with brand new double bed and mattress. Wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as bedside table and lamp. There is also a full length mirror. This room over looks the back garden of the house.
Room 2: Bright spacious attic room with brand new double bed and mattress. Brand new wardrobe with integrated full length mirror, bedside table and lamp. The room has two skylights with views over Exeter.
The two rooms have just recently been redecorated.
The house is in the Exwick area of Exeter. Exeter City Centre is roughly a 25 minute walk from the house. You can walk down to the river Exe in around 15 minutes and reach Exeter Quay in approximately 25 minutes. Exeter St Davids train station is a 10 minute drive or approximately 25 minute walk. The closest bus stop is a minute walk from the property, with other stops within a 5 minute walk. The A30 and M5 are also easily accessible by car.
The communal areas in the house include a cosy lounge, spacious kitchen/diner and conservatory. There is a large bathroom with bath/shower to be shared between the two rooms.
I do work from home a few days a week, so ideally looking for professionals who will be working out during the day. However, I’m happy to discuss as potentially there may be some flexibility in this depending on the days that you would intend to work from home.
Free parking is available on the road or roads nearby.
There is a small paved garden to the rear of the house.
Bills are included (Council tax, WiFi, TV license, gas, electricity and water).
A months rent will be required as a deposit for the room.
