Hiya, Im looking for a lodger either Monday to Friday or short term full-time stay up to 6 months. For full time short term £600, for Monday to Friday £525, inc. all bills (supplement would apply for heavy energy usage).
The house is a 2 bed terrace close to st David's station and about half an hour walk to Exeter University Streatham campus, and half an hour walk into town. It's just me living here, so would work for someone who needs a quiet place. There's also a bus stop very nearby which goes into the city centre, and a small food shop just around the corner. There's parking available.
About me: I'm in my late 30s and I'm a Researcher at the university. Interests include science, getting out and about outdoors, paddleboarding, roller derby, pub quizzes. I have a cat named Maxwell and therefore I'd be looking for someone who also likes cats!
