Short term room to rent

Hiya, Im looking for a lodger either Monday to Friday or short term full-time stay up to 6 months. Id also consider a longer let so feel free to ask if interested. For full time short term £575, or Monday to Friday £525, inc. most bills (all except energy which is around £50 each but varies on use). Bills for Monday to Friday would be inclusive.

The house is a 2 bed terrace close to st David's station and about half an hour walk to Exeter University Streatham campus, and half an hour walk into town. It's just me living here, so would work for someone who needs a quiet place. There's also a bus stop very nearby which goes into the city centre, and a small but well stocked grocery shop just around the corner. There's a dedicated parking space available.

About me: I'm in my late 30s and I'm a Researcher at the university. Interests include science, getting out and about outdoors, paddleboarding, roller derby, pub quizzes. I have a cat named Maxwell and therefore I'd be looking for someone who also likes cats!
