5 days a week room available

Small room available in a 2 bed house.

I am currently looking at relocating Monday to Friday for work, so looking for someone to rent out my spare room for 5 nights a week, either Sunday to Thursday (preferred) or Monday to Friday. The odd weekend of staying would be fine but would come at an extra cost.

Although the room is relatively small, you would have the whole place to yourself in my absence, hence the price.

As you will see from the images, that the house is relatively modern after the renovations I have done to it, this includes a new kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge, the room itself & the bathroom, which has one of the best showers you will ever have.

I have 2 adorably cute cats that would need to be looked after in my absence, they are relatively low maintenance, so you would need to like/love cats (non negotiable).

I'm looking for someone respectful, clean & tidy (non negotiable).

0.5 miles from St Davids railway station, on a regular bus route, with the university & college within a short walking distance.
