Single room for rent in a fun family relaxed environment. We have a puppy so must be dog friendly! Sense of humour a must! Available from mid feb 2017 Ideal for university student as close to university and free mini bus up to uni at st davids train statin which is 5 min walk.
The house is close to st davids train station and a 20 minute walk into town. Parking available outside the house. Use of all facilities included in the price (dishwaher, washing machine, tumble dryer, sky TV, wifi. )
We are looking for someone who will fit happily into our household. Need to be laidback and sociable. We have a nice garden and its a real sun trap in the summer. We are a married couple who live here permanently with two children who come home from uni occasionally.
