The room on offer has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase. I can also provide a tv and dvd player if required.

Ensuite so own shower, toilet, wash basin.

You'll be sharing my home which means use of the kitchen, dining room and front room. We have broadband and Sky. Tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave etc etc etc.

We're pretty easy going so would like you to be too.

Fremington is a 5 minute drive from Barnstaple and 10 minutes from Bideford. There's a regular bus service into both towns - they run every 15 mins. Our home is close to the School, Costcutter, Fish n Chips! Chineese takeaway and Boots Chemist.

If a couple is interested, we can chat about this ( a relevant increase on the weekly rent)
