We have a double room available with nice en suite bathroom. We have no kids, but do have a dog, he's a small border terrier and is as good as gold.

Rent £425 per month inc all bills.
We have Sky TV (inc sports + movies), and amazon prime as well as fibre broadband.
Large house with a study and dining room as well as kitchen and lounge downstairs. Ample parking and a garage to store bicycle.
The house is only 4 years old, is newly decorated and in great condition.
5 mins drive from Barnstaple, 10 mins from Bideford.
The room is available from mid Jan for 3 months, as we are expecting a baby in late April.
