4 min walk to Goodrington beach and the South West Coast path, perfect for walks, post work BBQs and sea swimming. Close to main bus routes, great gym nearby (Clennon Valley), shops, pub, cafe and takeaways within walking distance.

About the house (watch the video!):
Spacious 3 bedroom house with loads of shared spaces (lounge/diner/2 conservatories/garden etc). You'll have the top floor to yourself, which is a good-sized double room with en-suite. This house is great for socialising, but also has loads of space for when you want some quiet time to chill on your own.

What we’re looking for in a housemate:
looking for a friendly professional between 24-45 who will be sociable, tidy, respectful and good at communicating.


About us:
I’m Sally (34), and I own the house and have lived here for 5 years with my golden retriever (she's well behaved, gentle and super cuddly - honestly the perfect dog!) . My boyfriend Miles (37) moved in recently, so you’ll be sharing with us and the dog. We’re both very friendly, sociable and easy going.

Our interests include travelling, campervan adventures, sea swimming, socialising, art, chilling out at home with the occasional glass of wine, walking the dog, cooking, exploring, meeting new people etc.

We are tidy and respectful of privacy, noise, and personal space. We’ve both lived in house shares for 12+ years and have made amazing friends from house shares, so I like to think we are pretty good housemates!

I work in PR, aiming to get into sustainability communications or start my own business eventually. Miles works in the fishing industry.
