Single bed in a double room converted loft room.

We are situated 5mins walk from the bus stop and
Goodrington park, Paignton town centre is 7 mins away!
The property is a large 6 bed house, with all amenities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, double cooker, fridge with some freezer space.

We are a friendly family who would like to welcome the right person into our home.
FEMALE tenants preferred as we only have a maximum of 2 tenants at any one time.

Longer lets preferable? (but can do 3months let)

Smoking only permitted outside of the property
Everyone is responsible for their own clearing up and washing, hoovering etc?
We appreciate someone clean and tidy who likes dogs (small friendly dog) and children (8 and 12 yrs of age).

The accommodation would suit a working person or someone who is currently studies

The loft room is bright and airy and fairly quiet once your up there it’s a nice personal space.
