The rooms have voice activated central heating (I can provide a manual thermostat if required) a freshly laid thick carpet, window shutters and they have been freshly plastered and decorated.
There is a TV with firestick with access to Disney, NOW TV and Amazon Prime and an alexa in each room.

There is a large office room with desk space if needed. I work from home every day but the room is large enough to accommodate other workers.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer that can be used at your convenience.
Brand new large kitchen diner and living areas. The kitchen is equipped with quartz work surfaces, hob, automatic extractor fan, double oven, warming drawer, large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, quooker tap for boiling water and cold, filtered water, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a large dining table.

We have a dog and cat in the property and outside there are guinea pigs and chickens that free range. Pets and children are welcome providing that they get along with our current animals.

All bills included, including WiFi, NOW TV, Disney and Amazon Prime.
I am more than happy to plate up an extra dinner each evening if needed.
