Relaxed comfortable detached house share

I have a comfortable modern clean double room to rent. Our house is situated within a lovely cul de-sac within easy walking distance of the beach and all amenities, good travel links and parking space if required, local shops, pubs and the beach, lovely walks all near by. We enjoy life, we are easy going, relaxed and enjoy our space and home.
The room is simply furnished, access to free WIFI. agreed use of amenities, the new house friend will have access to all areas such the kitchen, bath room, garden, family room. ideally I am looking for a professional person, to stay for at least 6 months, not too noisy! respectful of all shared areas, tidy and clean to care for own space.
