I live alone with my Springer, I’ve chosen to share my house with a female because I find females easier to talk too and discuss any issues, my house is a a 4bed semi detached house with 3 bathrooms/en suites.. High speed broadband. Lots of safe parking on private road adjoining my house. Goodrington beach is close and 10 mins walk to Paignton town centre.
Pleasant garden for sitting out and relaxing. Safe for dogs ( no cats unfortunately.)
Top bedroom has nice view of rear garden and four other properties, en suite light and spacious, lots of cupboard storage.
If you would want as extra to have a double bedroom with desk in front of window looking at rear garden..
Large kitchen/ dining room and separate large lounge, gas /electric range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Looking for a pleasant easy going person who will be happy living in my sometimes crazy World regarding dogs. It won’t concern you but I am intolerant to Gluten so, not a problem just have to make you aware.
