Double room to rent in end of terrace 2/3 bedroom house (2 doubles and one small single room currently used as an office). House is in a quiet pretty looking modern estate / area. Most of the neighbours have smart cars! House has small garden with patio. Shared bathroom with decent shower over bath upstairs, and additional WC downstairs. Room is currently unfurnished but could be funished with new housemate input on furniture if needs be. Rest of house all furniture belongs to me. Facilities include washer/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, unlimited broadband, Sky Plus with sports etc. 10mins walk from centre of town. To share with 33 yr old Professional male, who is sociable and fun to live with, and er my dog who is sweet as. Pets considered. Would prefer male or female professional in 25-40 age bracket, who is respectful and tidy and good fun.
