Looking for lodger in lovely new build property

I am looking for a female to rent a double bedroom in my house, fully furnished, with your own main bathroom.
The property is a two-bedroom semi-detached new build property (2021) located on the outskirts of Tiverton, toward the area of Halberton. The area is fairly rural, however there are public transport options with buses and train station 10 minutes down to the road.
- Parking directly outside of the property (x2 spaces just for my house and x1 shared visitor space)
- Room comes furnished with double bed, open wardrobe, dressing table and I can put a tv in there if you’d like one.
- You will have your own bathroom, which includes bath and a shower and is right next to the bedroom. I will use the en-suite in the other bedroom. There is also a small toilet downstairs.
- Location is good for walking along the canal
- Quiet neighbourhood
- Fast broadband
- Tiered Patio/garden that gets a lot of sunshine!
- Convenient for the Motorway

About me....
I work as a Paramedic and have a busy shift pattern including working nights/days/lates/weekends. It’s really important that you are okay with me getting in from work early morning/late at night.
I’m looking for someone who is considerate of keeping the house clean and tidy and looking after the house as if it were your own.

This room is currently only available from January - June 2026, may be an option to extend the stay, however not sure at this time.
