Looking for lodger in lovely new build property

I am looking for a working professional to rent the main bedroom in my house, which is a spacious double bedroom, fully furnished, with en-suite included.
The property is a two-bedroom semi-detached new build property (2021) located on the outskirts of Tiverton, toward the area of Halberton. The area is fairly rural, with views from your bedroom of the lovely surrounding countryside.
- Parking directly outside of the property (x2 spaces just for my house and x1 shared visitor space)
- Room comes furnished with double bed, large open wardrobe, shelving unit, lamp, side table and blinds. Please note the photo of the bedroom is just the mattress, however there will be a new bed in the room in a few weeks.
- En-suite bathroom, with a spacious walk in shower.

About me....
I work as a Paramedic and have a busy shift pattern including working nights/days/lates/weekends. It’s really important that you are okay with me getting in from work early morning/late at night.
I’m looking for someone who is considerate of keeping the house clean/tidy and looking after the house as if it were your own.
