Large Double room Halberton. En-Suite shower room

I have a lovely large modern light and airy double room, with en-suite bathroom (fab shower, basin, toilet) in a family home. There is complimentary Wifi access and a TV/DVD player in the bedroom. It has double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and storage for clothes an easy chair and desk.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in room.

Bed linen and towels included.

There is a shared kitchen.

Parking is available near to the house and storage for a bicycle should you need it.

Ideally I am looking for a lodger who wants a Monday to Friday let, short or long term. Alternatively short term let 7days a week for a few weeks.

The fees for a single occupant are £100 per week for Mon-Fri or £175/wk for 7days. For a couple I would charge £150 for 5days and £260 for 7days.

The house is in Halberton, a lovely village 5 miles from Tiverton, within walking distance of bus stops to Tiverton, Exeter and Taunton. Tiverton Parkway station is 8 miles away. Driving distance to Exeter and Taunton 25mins.

The house has lovely walks and bike rides (on sustrans route) close by including the Grand Western Canal.
