Two double rooms to rent in a 4 bedroom, spacious bungalow in gorgeous rural location. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

Both double rooms have stunning views, are located on the ground floor based in a bungalow between Totnes and the coast. Access to one of two bathrooms (no other rooms currently rented). Furniture can be added / removed as needed.

Shared use of spacious kitchen/lounge /dining room and huge garden (with vegetable patch and two patio areas). Ample parking for multiple cars.

This is a peaceful and relaxed home in a quiet countryside location which is surrounded by nature and close to beaches and country and coastal walks with views out to Dartmoor.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy lodgers. It is important that we all get on well and have a similar approach to home life.

Access to the gardens and potentially own area as well as barn for storage and veg patch if that is of interest.
