A double room is available in a shared house from the 1st of April. The price includes all utility bills, broadband, and housekeeping. Once a year, a contribution towards the central heating oil would be asked for.

The room can be let either furnished or unfurnished.

There is a large sunny garden and plenty of off-road parking.

Quiet village location but only a 15-minute drive from Wellington, Cullompton and the M5.

There are two small, friendly dogs resident, who spend most of their time sleeping, so it's unlikely you'll see them much :)

Would ideally suit someone in full-time employment, but would consider students.
