Lovely mature garden, use of hot tub and barbecue.

I have a couple of friendly, well-behaved dogs, but sadly, I cannot accept any more pets.

The property is situated in a quiet village within 15 minutes of the M5 at Cullompton and Wellington. Own transport is essential.

I will be travelling a lot next year so you would have the house to yourself frequently, between a week and a month at a time. But there would always be someone available for you to contact in case of emergency.
