Lovely Double Room in Quiet Home in Highweek

I currently have a lovely double room available to rent in my 3 bedroom semi in Highweek.
The house is on the Fairways Estate not far from shops and on a busy bus route if you don’t have transport.
There is a share bathroom, living room and kitchen diner with an outside courtyard garden area.
I do have a garage so can store a bike or paddleboard if needed.
The bedroom has a double aspect window so is really light and airy and painted in neutral colours. In the room there is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers provided so there is plenty of storage.
I’m looking for someone sensible who will look after my home. Keep it clean and tidy and just generally respect it as their own.
A tenancy agreement will be drawn up so that all the legal responsibilities are covered.
