Double room in quirky village cottage for summer

Hello, I'm looking for a lodger either part time or full time for at least 2 months, but up to 6 months. I am away alot over the summer, so I need someone I can trust to look after my cottage and water my plants in my absence. You will be working in secure employment and I will take up references and a deposit in advance. I am looking for a mature individual who I can feel comfortable with and who respects my space. I have limited outside space, but do have a balcony. There are lots of lovely walks close by and the leisure centre and town centre is 15 to 20 mins walk down the hill.
