I am an easy going, considerate housemate who spends a lot of time out with my dog walking on the moors when I am not working. I work for the Dartmoor National Park and have been in Michelcombe for 14 months. Unfortunately my housemate is moving to Australia, hence this ad. I enjoy going to the pub (2 within walking distance) and socialising, but I am away at weekends quite often. I play netball and enjoy keeping fit.
Looking for an equally easy-going and honest housemate, who doesn't mind living rurally - having a car is quite important. Holne is a lush village with a shop and a pub just a short walk away. Ashburton and Buckfastleigh both have small supermarkets and more amenities, just 15 minute drives. You can be on the A38 in no time!

The rent is £325 but with bills, WiFi and council tax (band B) please expect nearer £500 / month.
