Housemate wanted in a 2 bedroom house in Hooe

Hi, I am looking for a housemate in my 2 bedroom house in Hooe/Turnchapel. The room is a large double, it currently has 2 single beds in there but can change this to a double bed if preferred. The house is an excellent location for lovely walks around Jennicliff/Mountbatten, close to the Fort Stamford gym, coffee shops and lovely local pubs near by. The house has a parking space. It is unfortunately not an en-suite.

I am a single 35 year old working professional. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym/running. I spend a lot of time with family and friends, enjoy festivals, gigs, weekends away and holidays.

I am ideally looking for a tidy, female working professional to help share the cost of bills.
