Lovely double room for rent!

Lovely double room with private balcony available to rent in beautiful cottage in centre of Horrabridge. The cottage is very spacious with shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge area of which includes a log burner. I am a quiet, tidy and friendly working professional looking for a house mate very similar. The rent is £450 a month for a single person but I will consider a working couple for £500 pcm. All bills are included however there is currently no TV license connected to the property but if wanted this can be arranged. There is a £300 deposit which will need to be paid with a first months rent up front. The room will be available from the 1st January and I am looking a for a long term let.
