There are 3 pubs and a community shop all within 200 yards of the property. Lovely routes for walking/running. The current household is very chilled out and calm. I work office hours and am home most evenings, and my partner usually stays every other weekend.
I'd ideally like a Monday-Friday let (for a reduced rate to be discussed) but will consider full time for the right person.
Potential tenant must be:
Good with dogs (I have a staffy!)
Very clean and tidy
Working professional
No couples and no other pets please.
