Double Room in Quiet Village 1 mile from Exeter

A double room in a character cottage is available with all utilities included.
Shared bathroom/kitchen.

The village is a very peaceful location, just outside of the city centre with good transport links if you do not have a car.

There are 3 pubs and a community shop all within 200 yards of the property. Lovely routes for walking/running. The current household is very chilled out and calm. I work office hours and am home most evenings, with the odd late night with my job.

I would prefer a Monday-Friday or part-time tenant (reduced rate can be negotiated) however, would be happy with a someone full-time if they are the right person.

Potential tenant must be:
Good with dogs (I have one very well behaved old boy!)
Very clean and tidy
Working professional Ideally

No couples and no other pets please.
