Double room offered in a dog Friendly house share. Broadband, Sky and all Bills included.

Offered for minimum of 6 months

Situated in the picturesque village of Ide minutes away from Exeter City center with plenty of outdoor space. The room is a large double, small built in wardrobe and will be newly decorated, move in day can be negotiable. The room can be partly or unfurnished.

You would be sharing with a professional couple in their late 20's (pretty much 30) and a female dog. We are easy going, sociable and enjoy outdoor living.

We are happy for another dog to join the house but any other animal probably wouldn't work.
