Room with a view

I have the top floor of a 4 story terraced house to rent, with a single and doubleroom, and modern shower room . One double room available now, Sea views from the rear and a good sized garden. Shared kitchen and living room. Walking distance from town, beach, travel links and tarka trail. I am easy going, like meeting people, I work with disabled children and adults, who are often in the house so it is sometimes full of fun. I have 2 dogs, who are friendly to people but don't want to share with other pets sorry. I currently have a very quiet male lodger.
