Room to let in terraced house

Four bedroom house 5 minute walk from the sea, 10 minutes from harbour and high street. There are three rooms, two of which are already occupied, the one that is available is a double bedroom in the loft, with a sea view. There is a bathroom and separate shower room, lounge and dining room, kitchen and a garden with a shed for bikes etc. There is also an off road parking space which allows another car to park across the drive. Bills included (within reasonable limits). My daughter sometimes stays in one of the loft rooms when she visits Ilfracombe. Thanks for looking.
