House on a hill

I rent the top floor of my house, which has a single and double room, and shower room for exclusive use. I currently have two lodgers, in the double room. There are beautiful views of the sea and town from the house and large garden. There is a shared kitchen and living room, and the house is situated within walking distance from the sea, woodland and local amenities. I am very relaxed, respectful and friendly, love sea swimming and painting. I have 2 bouncy dogs and provide repite to disabled children and adults, so the house can be lively.
