Spacious modern houseshare on Ilfracombe seafront

Ideally looking for female professional housemate(s) to share stylish modern sea view apartment.

Both available bedrooms have ensuites and plenty of storage. One has a sea view, the other does not.

This apartment is the 2 storey penthouse in a signature building that I design and developed myself on the Ilfracombe seafront. It is over 200sqms in total with large living/dining room overlooking the sea and has a large kitchen with all mod cons and plenty of equipment/storage.

There is NO parking available in the building (there is free street parking in surrounding area but it can sometimes be tricky to find spaces really nearby in Summer).

Looking for 'no dramas' housemates who appreciate the value of having a lovely space in which to relax. I'm happy to share the occassional meal/drink/movie but I'm definitely not a party person.

Female generally preferred but if you're a respectful, clean and professional male, I might still consider.
