Maisonette in Ilfracombe with parking

I am looking for someone to rent a room whilst I'm away traveling, initially this will be until June 2025.

Lovely property just off the high street but very peaceful. Nice new kitchen, living room with sea view, parking right in front of the house and shared bathroom.

Currently have a desk set up in the living room which you can use or move to another part of the house.

The property has two bedrooms but you will be the only occupant when I'm away, although I may come back at times. You can choose between either of the bedrooms, I currently use the spare as a gym space.

Patio area to front of house where you can dry cloths.
