Double room with view, Ilfracombe

Looking for new housemate to share with my sister (when in country) and I. And my two cats!

We have a spacious 3 bed house with large garden and decking balcony. Views towards the Tors, and the sea. The balcony gets the evening sun - a fantastic spot to relax in summer. There's a big kitchen diner and separate living room. Upstairs bathroom and 2nd loo downstairs. Plenty of storage space.

There's plenty of parking on the private road. The High Street is 4 mins walk and the harbour about 7 mins. So close to town, but also a quiet street with friendly neighbours.

Room has view of sea. Sanded floor boards and freshly decorated. The double bed and furniture (big wardrobe, chest drawers, and bedside table) is provided.

Looking for professional person to create a relaxed sociable home. If you're a veggie and a cat lover, I'd be very happy! I'm not a partier but like to keep busy, especially to get outdoors. I teach in Barnstaple. I enjoy my job and my free time; I'm not one for sitting around watching TV! My sister is currently travelling, and will probably be at the house for ~ a month over the course of the year?
