One furnished room available in a lovely rural house share: TQ12 Dainton

Looking for:

- A full time working professional (sorry no work from home) who is clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Ideally not working from home but will consider.

- Kind, with good communication skills,

- Respectful and mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 pm.

- Environmentally conscious, with diligence in recycling and mindful resource use, especially regarding water and electricity.

- Ideally sober or a minimal drinker, with no smoking or drug use.

- No pets, please.

- Willing to contribute to household gardening and cleaning efforts.

Living with myself and one, sometimes two others.

The room is a double but we are looking for a friendly single occupancy lodger only. ie. no couples.

Big garden, plenty of space.
Slap bang between Totnes, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Dartmoor.

Furnished with chair, side table, double bed, storage area and wardrobe
All bills included.
