Prefer someone with similar interests to myself, that is, active and sport orientated, reading, film, sociable but also happy to be left alone to their own devices.
I have quite a demanding job and I am often away at weekends and during the the week. I am fairly clean and tidy and would want my housemate to be the same.
The village of Ipplepen is fairly lively with a pub, village hall, some shops and tennis courts! It also has excellent transport links to Exeter and Plymouth by road and rail, both being approximately 30 - 40 minutes away.
