Hello,
My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying a new build in Ivybridge, this is a 3 story town house with 4 bedrooms and therefore very spacious. There room itself is probably a little on the smaller side but the house itself is spacious. Your double room can be furnished or unfunished. You would have your own bathroom, although, I may ask to use the bath every so often! There is a garden, garage and 2 car drive. There is also on street parking, so this will not be an issue.
We are both nurses so therefore work nightshifts and day shifts with an irregular pattern, so someone who is considerate would be very much appreciated.
Realistically we are looking to have someone towards the end of May due to sorting the house, having things fitted etc.
We also have a friendly cat.
