Double ensuite room for rent in large family home

We are a family of 5 with one lodger, we are looking for a female lodger to rent out our newly decorated double attic room with shower ensuite room. We have a large house with lots of living space to share with a lodger. Our other lodger is mainly self sufficient in an annexe room. We have lots of parking and garden areas although we are doing some building work on some of the land. The property is Georgian with lovely original features such as fire places and window seats and we have a wood burner in the lounge. We also have gas central heating so the house is lovely and warm. We also have a large modern kitchen diner extension with bifolds onto the patio. We have a cat.
