Looking for friendly people to move in with our current lodger, Zoe. She is an outdoor ed instructor, loves climbing, running, hiking and van life. She's makes a great jambalaya! Always happy for friends/partners to be in and out.

Ivybridge is a great area, you can walk to the woods from the house and there's a wild swimming spot. Beaches are a short drive (or 16 mile walk if you fancy it-highly recommend). Easy access to Dartmoor and short commute to Plymouth and South Devon.

We are currently live in landlords but moving out and renting the rooms so our Zo can stay. Best roomie ever.
