The room is a bright, spacious double with plenty of storage. You’ll have access to a well-equipped kitchen, shared living room, bathroom, lovely garden and a garage. The house is clean, comfortable, and well set up for everyday living.
You’ll also be sharing with my very lovely cat, Onyx, so you must be happy living with cats.
The property is in a quiet, friendly area with great access to the outdoors. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the town centre, 30 minutes to the train station, 10 minutes to the woods, and close to the moors.
Bills are included.
I’m a friendly, easy-going working professional who enjoys a peaceful, clean home. I’m fairly active and out most evenings climbing, at the gym, or swimming, so I’m looking for someone professional, laid-back, clean, and easy to live with. Working from home isn’t suitable, aside from the occasional day.
Open to Monday-Friday if more suitable.
