In this house you will be sharing the communal spaces (The kitchen and living room) in the house with two gentlemen, one retired, one often works nights.

The room has en-suite shower, sink and toilet, a bright airy room with a double bed, cupboard and drawers, you will need your sheets & pillows.
This room is at the back of the house, so very quiet.

Smokers please smoke outside.

PLEASE NOTE
This is only available for 5 months at the most as the house will be up for sale from the end of Feb, so you will receive a notice to leave in August.

This is ideal for a short term let, someone looking for a temporary space whilst looking for a more permanent home.

Bills are not included in the rent, and will be split between the three of you.
