Beautiful Single Room Or Could Be Double If Needed

I have either a single or double room available in my family home. Currently me and my 4 year old son live in the property. I am
a teacher so work fulltime and visit my boyfriend on weekends so you would have the house to yourself quite a lot.
the room is furnished with a bed, bedside table and a built in wardrobe.
There is a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath, a large lounge, a kitchen/diner, a large garden, a double garage and parking.
the house is very clean and tidy so I am looking for a tidy person who doesn't want to party all night, every night please!
