I am looking to rent a room to a quiet, respectful person or couple.
I live away in London so you have the whole place to yourself for the cost of renting a room. Cost is £650pm including all bills. Bills subject to fair usage. The Tower has eight floors with a room on each floor. It has loads I character and fantastic views which are hard to rival across thenSouth Hans and moors. Easy access to A38 and train station but tucked away on the edge of the moors in a small quiet village.
The Tower is quite quirky and has it's foibles but is an awesome place to live. There is one main bedroom with toilet and sink and another area that can be used as a walk through bedroom. Due to the layout this property is not really suitable for children. Would suit an active person who enjoys the moors and peace and quiet
