Double room for rent in quirky Victorian cottage

I'm looking to rent out a spare room in my 3 bedroom cottage. Surprisingly spacious home, spread over 3 floors, with a shared bathroom, additional downstairs toilet, shared kitchen and dining area in my conservatory/sun room. Beautiful south facing garden with large decking area, summer house and shed. Cosy shared lounge with open fire.
I'm a busy professional who likes to unwind by keeping fit, going for walks and swimming in the sea. I'm fairly new to the area but loving what Ivybridge has to offer - 2 minute walk to the heart of the village and 15 minute walk to the amazing Dartmoor National Park. A large Tesco is a 5 minute drive away and amazing beaches are only 20 mintues drive. I understand there are great bus routes too.
I'm looking to share with someone who might have similar interests and is clean and tidy. The rest can be decided as and when needed. Oh and I have a cat, so probably best you don't have any allergies...
