Large double loft room with en-suite WC and built in wardrobes, in my countryside home, with easy access to Exeter/Taunton/M5. Lots of free, on-street parking.

Lovely little village. Cute house, modern, clean and spacious with shared open plan living.

Small garden, not overlooked.

Lots of local walks.

I am happy with short term lets.

I work hard during the week and am out most weekends. Looking for someone doing the same!

I can only offer the room for a maximum of 12 months.

Sharing with me, my two small dogs and two black cats. All friendly and love cuddles.
